This morning, we held our whole school moment of Remembrance in the playground with all our children respectfully observing the 2 minute silence. Each class made a wreath of poppies to display. Thank you to the British Transport Police for visiting us today to talk about the dangers of the railway. The children were engaged and asked some interesting questions.
Thank you for your contributions and green outfits for Our Just One Tree non-uniform day! Along with donations with other schools, we will be contributing to reforestation around the world. Update – we planted 214 new trees this year!
We had a wonderful assembly in school, every class shared songs and facts about harvest celebrations from around the world. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our harvest collection and to the PTO for arranging the lovely display and delivering everything to the Crowthorne Food Bank.
All the children contributed to our display for the Crowthorne Flower Festival. A special thank you goes to Mrs Mallett for putting it all together.
