Minibeasts

Reception class have excitedly started their new topic of minibeasts by investigating all kinds of insects that live around school. Also our caterpillars have arrived, been given names and the children will be monitoring their life cycle stages.

Art Attack

Year 6 completed their Artists Study by creating a piece of art inspired by Frank Bowling, Paula Rego, David Hockney or Lubaina Himid.  We were creating pieces that had a message or story behind them.

Dance

Year 4 have been enjoying exploring a range of dance throughout this half term. They have particularly enjoyed applying their science knowledge of solid, liquids and gasses to create a series of dance movements.

Science week fun
