Rugby Fest
Our Year 5 & 6 children had a great time learning new skills at a rugby festival at Luckley House School
Perfect Pots
This week, Year 4 have been practicing using tints and shades to create a 3D pot. Their pots had to start in the shape of a number and then develop into their chosen shapes. Many of the children used the artist Magdalene Odundo for inspiration.
Paper Sculpture
We have been learning how to roll paper to make a sculpture. Today we created this ‘Tree of Life’. We all made a piece of bark for the tree trunk or branches then added leaves and many creatures that might live in it. We had lots of fun!
Courtyard Garden
Eco-committee working hard watering, weeding and planting in our courtyard garden. We are hoping for a bumper batch of strawberries this year!
Plant & Tree Identification
Year 6 getting outside to identify plant and tree species in our woodland, ready to create a classification key.
Nature Models
