Our Reception class have enjoyed some festive treats this week. The children made figgy pudding and each made a magical wish whilst stirring. There was a cozy campfire with hot chocolate and lastly they made gingerbread biscuits to take home.
Our school clubs are continuing to thrive and we have welcomed the start of several new ones this term including Rock Academy, Chess and Forest Survival Skills which have all proved very popular. Parents enjoyed a fabulous acro-dance show this morning performed by our Acrobatics club run by Empower Movement!
Our KS2 Christingle was held last night and it was a truly magical and memorable experience for everyone. The performance was in aid of The Children’s Society, thank you to everyone who has donated.
On 11th December we all wore Christmas jumpers to raise money for Save the Children. We raised a total of £244, thank you to everyone who donated!
KS2 put on a great performance of their Christmas production ‘Lights, Camel, Action!’ They all sang, danced and acted their parts beautifully. The audience loved it!
We had a wonderful afternoon on Sunday as the choir joined several local schools and the East Berks youth orchestra for the Wokingham Mayor’s Carol Concert. The children sang beautifully and made us so proud, it was a truly festive celebration.

Some of our Year 5 and 6 Sports Leaders attended the second part of the Wokingham School Games Leadership Academy. They planned an activity for Year 3 pupils from Hatch Ride and other local schools, creating an obstacle course that they explained and guided the pupils through. The Year 3 Read more
