Last week, Hatch Ride were invited to take part in the Invictus Games as part of the Berkshire School Games. We were chosen to represent Wokingham against other schools across the county. There was 1000 children there from all over Berkshire! We were given shirts and we completed activities against other schools in games based on paralympic sports. It was great fun and very different to sports that we have tried before! After our activities, we were able to access the ‘Active Zones’ across the site that included circus skills, frisbee golf, fitness activities, speed stacking, football shoot out, skipping and a sensory bus filled with various items to try.  It was a fantastic day and a great event to end a great year of sports! 🏅
