Year 2 went on a trip to the Shah Jahan Mosque in Woking, the oldest Mosque in the UK. The children enjoyed spotting the different features in the architecture and exploring the building. We met Mr Habib who gave a very interesting talk and the children had some good questions for him at the end.
Year 5 children went on a fascinating trip to the Slough Hindu Temple. They all really enjoyed meeting members of the community and learning more about the Hindu religion.
Year 2 enhanced their classroom learning by taking part in African Workshops this week. The children thoroughly enjoyed making beads, printing, playing drums and dancing.
