We had a wonderful day full of books! It was lovely to see the children wearing a costume of their favourite character!
As the sun was shining, we took the opportunity to get out onto the school field to begin to hone our compass skills. We were learning to orientate ourselves using a compass.
We have had an active week with our Bikeability sessions. We have learned to improve our biking skills and learn the rules of the road. It has been lovely to get out and active for full days of biking!

We took part in our first mixed team football match of the year. We sadly lost to Wildmoor Heath Primary but our team remained enthusiastic throughout. The children all tried so hard and were all excited to try playing a match again soon. It was fun to play another school Read more
Towards the end of last half term, the children developed their sewing skills and ability to tie knots when creating their own book sleeve. It was fantastic to see their resilience and determination to complete them with lovely designs and neat stitching.
Year 5 children went on a fascinating trip to the Slough Hindu Temple. They all really enjoyed meeting members of the community and learning more about the Hindu religion.
We took a group of children to a fun bowling event organised by Wokingham School Games at Wokingham Superbowl. Everyone had lots of fun and were very pleased with their medals.
