Recently Reception Class celebrated reaching 100 days of school! Our superstars marked the occasion with a full day of fun, learning and creativity. We sang, danced and confidently counted all the way to 100. The children explored smarter ways to count by making groups of 10 to quickly build up to 100, showing fantastic teamwork and number skills. We even painted 100 in bright, creative ways! Outside, we filled a hundred square with natural objects we collected and then worked together to create our very own giant “100.” It was wonderful to see such creativity and collaboration in action. The children also took on some energetic 100-second challenges—seeing how many times they could stand up and sit down and how many times they could write their names before the timer ran out. There was lots of laughter and determination! We finished our special day with a disco and a very special treat—biscuits shaped just like the number 100. What a brilliant way to celebrate 100 amazing days of learning, growing and shining bright!
