Year 4 had a wonderful day visiting Rushall Organic Farm. We waded in the river to take scientific measurements, had a bumpy tractor ride and took part in a fascinating bee workshop. We also went pond dipping and were able to closely observe minibeasts by sweeping the air and grasses, we even caught butterflies!

The children have enjoyed the September festivities. They have been singing Christmas music to get into the spirit of making snowman Christmas cards.
Year 4 have spent time this week investigating sound waves using water and tuning forks. They explored how to change the sound waves in size using different materials and different sized tuning forks.
