In Year 5’s art sessions, the children have been experimenting with a range of exciting materials and techniques. They have been creating interactive installations using powder paint, liquid paint, teabags, and other materials to mimic “explosions.” This work has been inspired by the contemporary artist Cai Guo-Qiang, known for his dynamic and explosive art style. The class has thoroughly enjoyed exploring this hands-on, expressive approach and have produced some truly striking pieces.
