This term Year 4 have enjoyed exploring a variety of new topics particularly those linked their new English book: Weslandia by Paul Fleischman. As part of this unit, they have designed their own civilisations in chalk, taken home a plant to grow and begun to write non-chronological reports about their land. At breaktime, many Year 4’s have been working hard on creating their civilisations in the woodland which even includes a pond! This has involved lots of teamwork and problem solving.
