Last Friday, Year 4 enjoyed immersing themselves in the Ancient Egyptian times and began to explore their history topic in a deeper level. Reptile Visit

Book Club Freeze Frames
Year 4 enjoyed taking book club outside this week and choosing their favourite books to explore. They created freeze frames in groups of particular chapters they enjoyed.
Exploring Poetry
Over the last few weeks, Year 4 have been exploring different types of poetry. They have been developing their understanding of performing poetry and have been putting actions into their reading of them. They particularly enjoyed ‘The Slithermonchowchuck’.
Microbit Mindfulness
Over the past 4 weeks, Year 4 have been learning about the importance of mindfulness moments within a day. They have been evaluating and designing their own timers for this using microbits.
