Wokingham School Games – Bowling Event
We took a group of children to a fun bowling event organised by Wokingham School Games at Wokingham Superbowl. Everyone had lots of fun and were very pleased with their medals.

Some of our Year 1 and 2 pupils took part in a Gymnastics experience at Pinewood Gymnastics organised by School Games, they all had lots of fun trying out the equipment and learnt some new skills.
Y1 – Y4 all enjoyed a fun taster session of our new Acrobatics Club that is starting in January, run by Empower Movement.
We took a group of Year 5 & 6 pupils to a Boccia Festival. They were all very enthusiastic to try a new sport and had lots of fun. They were all very proud of their medals!
Hatch Ride Under 11 girls had their first ever match and played brilliantly! They didn’t win this time with a score of 3 – 0 against Willowbank school but they have made so much progress this term and there will be plenty more wins in the future.
Our school football team got off to a fantastic start by beating Westende Junior School 2-1! Our team played well, showed great team spirit and enthusiasm. We are looking forward to our next match.
A group of Y5 and Y6 children recently attended a Rugby Megafest. They all enjoyed the experience and picked up some new skills.
The children had to play individually against pupils from other schools and demonstrated a lot of courage and resilience.
Well done to all children taking part, we saw fantastic displays of passion, resilience and teamwork!
