Book Club Freeze Frames
Year 4 enjoyed taking book club outside this week and choosing their favourite books to explore. They created freeze frames in groups of particular chapters they enjoyed.

Exploring Poetry
Over the last few weeks, Year 4 have been exploring different types of poetry. They have been developing their understanding of performing poetry and have been putting actions into their reading of them. They particularly enjoyed ‘The Slithermonchowchuck’.

Year 4 Book Club
The children have enjoyed spending the second half of book club outside. They have dramatically recreated some of their favourite moments, read pages of their books aloud to each other, shared book recommendations and updated the class reading goal.
