Year 5 children went on a fascinating trip to the Slough Hindu Temple. They all really enjoyed meeting members of the community and learning more about the Hindu religion.

We took a group of children to a fun bowling event organised by Wokingham School Games at Wokingham Superbowl. Everyone had lots of fun and were very pleased with their medals.
Year 3 looked brilliant dressed up for their stone age theme day. The children hunted and gathered prehistoric animals and plants. They made their own Stonehenge using wooden blocks, coloured prehistoric animals and created a variety of cave paintings. We Read more…
The children are surprised and delighted, oh yes they are, to have a pantomime visiting us this morning!
Year 6 have started an artist’s study unit. Having looked at the work of David Hockney and Paula Rego, we explored the work of Fiona Rae creating our own abstract pieces of art.
Last week, Year 6 enjoyed a session with a Dog’s Trust volunteer. We look forward to her returning for session number 2!
Year 2 enhanced their classroom learning by taking part in African Workshops this week. The children thoroughly enjoyed making beads, printing, playing drums and dancing.
Some of our Year 1 and 2 pupils took part in a Gymnastics experience at Pinewood Gymnastics organised by School Games, they all had lots of fun trying out the equipment and learnt some new skills.
