Last Friday, Year 4 enjoyed immersing themselves in the Ancient Egyptian times and began to explore their history topic in a deeper level. They modelled canopic jars out of clay and learnt about the mummification process, they made Egyptian scrolls using hieroglyphic symbols, and they mummified pears. At the end of the day, they shared their learning in their class assembly. Thank you for the effort that went into their costumes! They all looked fantastic and enjoyed talking to the other year groups about their costumes on the playground.
